Spiritual development through Biblical Studies

In preparation for the celebration of the Holy Supper in Australia, the faithful gathered in Sydney attended Bible studies. From August 12th to 14th, the congregants listened to doctrinal expositions presided by ministers for the moral and spiritual strengthening of those present.

The Bible studies included topics on the Holy Supper, the love of God, unity, intra-family values, and Christian principles of fraternity that teach people to live in peace and harmony in the service of God.
At each meeting, members of the choir from Australia and California were also present, their songs of praises encouraged the attendees to reflect on the works of God.

In this way, the congregants prepared their hearts to participate in the sacred memorial of the redeeming sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The attendees made the best of each meeting, manifesting their faith, love, and hope.

The Light of the World Celebrates the Welcoming Ceremony in Las Lajas, Honduras

The Welcoming Ceremony for the faithful of The Light of the World who were invited to the 2024 Holy Convocation was held on August 12th in Las Lajas, in the municipality of Goascorán, Honduras, in an atmosphere of peace and spiritual joy.

The Apostolic emissary invited the delegations from various cities in the region to proceed through the central aisle, a moment of great joy and celebration. Brethren joyfully witnessed the procession of representatives of the congregations invited to the Holy Supper. While the choirs praised God, the congregation lifted glories and hallelujahs to God and His Son Jesus Christ.

The faithful in this Honduran region, united in faith, responded to the Apostolic invitation to participate in the Holy Supper, a solemn event commemorating Christ’s perfect sacrifice for the spiritual benefit of the body of Christ.

Welcoming Ceremony in Santa Ana, El Salvador, C.A.

On August 12th, 2024 the Welcoming Ceremony was held for the delegations representing the western regions of El Salvador. This event, filled with great jubilee and overflowing with spiritual joy, was attended by dozens of delegations, whom were welcomed by all the faithful gathered in Santa Ana.

The designated minister, presided the Welcoming Ceremony of the most solmenn celebration of the Light of the World and summmoned each of the delegations to walk through the center aisle of the venue. A message from the Apostle of Jesus Christ delighted the brethren. The service was harmonized with a fraternal embrace that conveyed the love of God.

With gratitude in their heart, brethren gave glory to God for the commencement of the solemn festivity while the choir, integrated by members of different cities, sang a hymn of praise to the Lord.

Welcoming Ceremony Signals Start of Holy Convocation in San Pedro Sula, Honduras

The Holy Convocation has also reached the northern regions of Honduras! In San Pedro Sula, the fraternal Welcoming Ceremony of Holy Supper was held on Monday, August 12, 2024.

The Apostolic emissary invited the various delegations to come forward along the central aisle, waving their flags, while repeatedly saying: “Welcome!” The choirs, with their praises, played a significant role in maintaining the fervor of the faithful, glorifying God without ceasing.

In the welcome ceremony, the language of love was spoken from beginning to end, reflected in harmonious coexistence, respect, and inclusion, values that the preaching of the apostolic doctrine has instilled in each and every member of the family of faith. Such was the beginning of the Holy Convocation in the Industrial Capital of Honduras, which will commemorate the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ on August 14, 2024.

Welcoming Ceremony in Catacamas Marks the Beginning of the Holy Convocation 2024

On August 12, the Holy Convocation 2024 commenced at the Nueva Era recreational complex in Catacamas, Olancho. The host city, located in eastern Honduras, welcomed the faithful who were invited to the Holy Supper, the pinnacle of all gatherings for the children of God where in believers proclaim the life, sacrifice, and resurrection of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

With excitement evident on their faces, delegates from the Department of Olancho walked down the central aisle while waving their flags. The Apostolic representative who presided over the Welcoming Ceremony, greeted all participants with a warm and affectionate , “Welcome!” as the choirs’ hymns resonated from beginning to end, synchronizing hearts and keeping the flame of fervor alive.

The Welcoming Ceremony is a celebration of peace, unity, and fraternity. Each member demonstrating the values that define them: respect, peace, and love.

The Light of The World Welcome Ceremony: A Gathering of Faith and Communion in Beautiful Province, Bello, Antioquia

On Monday, August 12th, at 8:30 a.m., the Beautiful Province in Bello, Antioquia, became a spiritual epicenter, brimming with the arrival of thousands of faithful. This event transcended borders, strengthening the bonds of communion in celebration of the Holy Supper, the largest event celebrated by The Light of The World, commemorating the glorious sacrifice and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Words of joy and praise rose to the heavens as participants from Córdoba, Caldas, Chocó, Amazonas, and Antioquia joined together in prayer. The Welcoming Ceremony received each of the delegations.

Those present sang hymns such as “With Great Pleasure” and “All Ye Welcome,” filling the atmosphere with spirituality and uniting everyone in a shared sentiment. “For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.”- 1 Corinthians 11:26.
